We were so honored to participate in the Southern Women's Show Raleigh a couple of weekend's ago, & wanted to share a little bit of our experience there.
We had less than a week to put together our booth. Lisa painted the sign on canvas & Molly did the paper decorations. Our booth was the cutest!
We met a ton of wonderful people & couldn't be more delighted with the experience.
Some favorite moments included:
- seeing the beautiful gowns in the many fashion shows
- seeing (& holding) the sweet pups up for adoption
- watching local celebrities compete for charity in "Dancing Like the Stars"
- more specifically, watching local firefighter Blaise Harris compete in the competition
- watching the firefighter fashion shows, which benefit burned children (what can we say, we love firefighters, & so did the other ladies, who hooted & hollered as the models sashayed)
- watching local dance companies dance & entertain the crowds
